Marine suppliers: accommodation with a proper invoice
If you're visiting Vilanova for provisioning, maintenance, refit work or any marine service, Hostem provides accommodation with an official invoice. Tourist apartments in Spain are exempt from VAT as they are not classified as hostelería (hotel services), so the invoice is a standard rental receipt without VAT. It is still a fully valid official document for submitting expenses to your company or vessel owner.
