It started with a simple question: why should property owners in the Garraf have to choose between earning money and having peace of mind? Too many late-night messages, too many calls during holidays, too much uncertainty. That wasn’t right.
Hostem was built to change that. We are a local team, based in Vilanova i la Geltrú, who manage every property as if it were our own. We handle cleaning, check-in, platforms, maintenance issues and guest communication — so you don’t have to.
